Nuts & Bolts of Redeveloping Brownfields for Local Government

Overview: Many urban centers have been left with vacant contaminated land that blights local neighborhood and undermines the local tax base. Participants learn how many communities have overcome obstacles and stimulated successful redevelopment by characterizing and assembling parcels, cleaning them up, and using public funds to attract private redevelopment.
