We’re thrilled to announce that Delta Institute has been selected as a 2026 Keeling Curve Prize Finalist, which recognizes the impactful work we do to address the world’s pressing challenge — climate change.
Out of over 600 applicants from around the globe, Delta Institute’s work has been chosen as one of the most promising climate projects. As one of the finalists in the Finance category, we are proud to stand among the top innovators in our field and contribute to driving impactful initiatives.
Climate Curve is recognizing Delta Institute’s work in developing a novel soil health land valuation methodology. This new approach has the potential to revolutionize the way we value farmland, removing economic and structural barriers for farmers, landowners, and appraisers to implement soil health management systems. This will create new pathways for climate-smart agriculture to become the norm, building the capacity to sequester hundreds of millions of metric tons of emissions from the atmosphere into the soil annually.
